- After installing the OS on them I get the same circle with the slash through it. I took a hard drive cable from another mid-2012 MacBook Pro and I get the same results. I swapped the hard drive cable on the non-working MacBook Pro to another laptop and it worked great.

During the Covid pandemic,
Sacred Circle is open Thursday - Sunday: 1:00 - 5:00 PM for curb-side pick-up only.
While we are working on our new web store, orders can be placed by email (info@sacredcirclebooks.com) or our web site (SacredCircleBooks.com) CONTACT US page. During store hours, you can place an order by phone (703-299-9309). Voice mail is available. Please include your name, phone number and what you want. We have a list of some our most popular items on our web site PRODUCTS page. We will let you know when the order is ready, take your card number over the phone, and then bring it out to you. During the pandemic, credit / debit cards only and no returns.
We are also taking appointments for phone sessions and video classes with our practitioners. You can see descriptions and prices of our practitioners on our web site SERVICES page. If we are unavailable, leave a message stating your name, phone number and what you want. We will call you back as soon as we can.

I then booted up via TDM over my iBook and it worked fine. I was able to surf the web, check out iTunes and run updates; but all from my iBook. I installed all the updates Apple had to offer, but when I tried to boot up the iMac I had the same problems.
Any idea why I can use my iMac's Tiger through my iBook but NOT through my iMac?
